ICE CRYSTALS!!

A couple of weeks ago.....my back porch windows froze up and this is what I saw...........I ran to get my camera with macro of course!!!
ICE CRYSTALS!!!! They almost look like feathers!!!

Hello Folks
Long time since I blogged!!! I have been so busy.........obviously. Also been SO BEHIND on all........it started last Summer with an abscessed tooth......long story. 
Anyway, I want to get back to blogging my photographs........
I had taken these pictures recently when I looked out my window at home and saw this BEAUTIFUL sunset!!! I was so inspired I even climbed onto the roof!!! I know CRAZY....but look a the pictures I got!!

Beetle......

 Several weeks ago I was outside with my camera taking photos of leaves in my backyard. I saw something fall and land on a rock. It was this CRAZY looking beetle. It moved real slow. I took these photos with my macro lens.

I love this first one. It looks like a creature from Star Wars!!!

  

I have to look him up and see what his name is.....anybody have any ideas??

Equitherapy.......

 My boy Julian has just recently started something called "Equitherapy". I knew about this before but never pursued it because my boy was AFRAID of horses. This Summer at his local camp(see posting of "Camp Chris"), they were able to get him to ride. How exciting!!! I then went searching on the internet and found this WONDERFUL place. We had been told about this place before by my husbands co-worker but just never thought it would be possible due to Julian's fear. Equitherapy helps kids with low muscle tone and gives LOTS of stimulation which helps many things including speech. My boy definitely needs help in that department. We are so proud of him and his accomplishments so far.

Heres my boy getting a feel for the horse.....

Julian's horses name is "Apache". He rides the same horse every time but may switch later. Each horse has a certain gate or walk I am told, and switching it up will help strengthen more muscles in my boy.

Camp Chris..........

This Summer my boy gets to go to camp!!! He went last year and LOVED IT!!!! We are so lucky to get to go again....and the best part is that it's FREE!!!
Below my boy is with Miss Jenny. She is great and stays with him the whole time he is there.

Wagon rides are fun..........

but the ball pit is better..............
Even big sister agrees.

Here is my boy petting a horse. He is NOT very fond of horses. I knew they would try to get him to ride. I was not too sure how that would go over.
